I might not be the best guinea pig, but NG3 idled at 750 RPMs with my B18B + 450s. Granted, I have no O2 sensor connected but...

91 PM6
91 HF, HF weird sensors unpinned from ECU connector harness
97 B18B, stock.
450cc DSM
stock FPR, 255 walbro
timing on distributor set to whatever the ---- (i.e. no light)
map used was the one xenocron posted a while back... NG4 (which also ran fine) incorporates Chris's tune.

Give NG4 a try. If you are still having problems, please let me know so I can try to reproduce them.

I burned the ng2 chip yesterday and it seemed to idle fine, except kinda high 1100. It was fine on the way to school this morning but halfway back it starts bouncing like on the stable rom. I just burned the ng4 rom and it seems to run perfect. a stable idle at 500 rpms. I drove it around for like 20 minutes to see if it would start bouncing but it didn't so seems to work.

Changing from accel to deccel is very smooth now and it runs alot better with the ng roms.

Good work
BTW this is on a pm6 running a na zc engine.

so i have been driving around the last couple days with the resistored iacv, something i have noticed: idles solid for long periods of time fine, BUT if i do a nice ripper ('gross display of HP'...lots of boost) when i get back down to speed it will start its eratic idle..think i have the ng4.bin loaded up...

im starting to think that the iacv might not like boost? even on the old bin's it would do a serious lopping idle after a good run in 2nd or 3rd...

btw dont say not to rape on my car then there is no problem, thats why i have my car the way it is :P

looks like i'm going against the flow here but the original stable rom in my PP5 ECU idles solid at 1100 RPM the only problem i had with it was the use of light throttle, driving in town produces lots of anger! as it would jerk/buck a lot, also i noticed that if i were to drive slowly and put the clutch in whilst the car was moving the idle would bounce quite badly, the sort of bouncing you are all talking about, but when i came to a standstill it would be ok and idle solid. Anyhow I just got the ****** back on the road last night so i'm going to test out these other bins later and let you know how each one does.

apperently its working pretty well for me. It idles low but im sure its because of the ilde screw, screwed with the screw so i just have to adjust that hopefully that will get to 750. now its just the one problem with running rich right after 0 vac into boost or else this is a cherry setup thanks!

woohoo i love hondas
if you have a similar setup as mine email me and ill send you my bin, thats the least i can do
