here's a good zc basemap you might use for comparison.
was adjusted on the dyno but not 'tuned' by the standards of the person doing the work. try it out or use it for comparision

i think it still loads up a little bit at startup, but it runs really well.

out of curiosity have you been extracting the maps and using them on the latest version of TE, this would result in the problem you are having as a lot of my tuning and maps were created on the first versions of TE, i havent been using it since it was made 'stable' the bin which i just sent use was made on something like TE 9 and was the best i had whilst there was a lot of testing going off, not sure what would happen if you were to copy and paste the maps so i'm not responsible
