hey i realize this is probably one of the stupidest questions but im driving a 91 prelude and when i go to start it these cold winter mornings it idles funnny...by funny i mean it will rev from 1000 rpms to about 3000-3500 rpms any ideas how to get that ---- to stop?

 

nate i think it is more than likely the sensor that is attached to the throttle body

 

low on coolant? that'll do it....also iacv may be clogged or broken....

 

Move to a warmer climate.

 

Vacuum leak...fix it.
