if you have your a/c actually hooked up on the car, no, you don't have to wire anything. if you have a/c removed from the car, you have to wire a ground to b5 pinout on the ecu, to be grounded when you turn the a/c button on (your fan has to be on also, or else a/c won't come on), or you can 'jump' the two wires on the a/c plug that is on your wiring harness in the engine bay.
