Default FTL in Uberdata with A/C switch

I've searched for how to turn the FTL on and off with the A/C switch and don't quite understand "grounding B5"

If anyone can clarify, I'd really appreciate it! I'm thinking ground it to the chassis, but I saw on the Uber board that you're supposed to loop it with another wire?

Also, when the A/C switch is pressed in (on), that means the FTL is operational, right?

the last time i did the ac switch thing, which i think is not needed on the newest version... i went B5--->on/off switch-----> ground location.

I have an A/C switch on my dash. The original A/C wiring goes to an area around my passenger side headlight and stops. I removed the rest of the wiring when I removed the rest of the system.

But basically, I need to find out which one of those wires (there's 5) is B5 and then ground it to the chassis? Is that right?

HOLY ----... You guys are so much help! Ha ha...

I'll give it a go tonight. I tried it a few nights ago and got tired of revving my engine up to 5,500 RPMs over and over again while I switched the wiring. My neighbors loved it too.

Does anyone have info on how to do this?

I grounded B5 to my chasis and tried every conceivable way to get it to work, and it doesn't work. It does work if I check the FTL/FTS box (all the time), but nothing with the Use A/C box seems to work.

By the way, I'm using 1.7... Maybe there's a bad script in there or something? I also tried 1.8 and that was a disaster.

Well, I just read somewhere else that the A/C switch will work, but you have to have the fan on...

WTF?
