i called 230 central time, got a naswering machine and left a msg with my # and no call back or port on here... if by 4 pm he doesnt respond im just gonna take the hit and by the phoenixturbo one, thats sucks thought, cust these guys have the turbo i want...

No order confirmation today... There is nothing worse than having a project with a deadline and knowing no matter what you aren't going to get it done and it isn't your fault.

This is ridiculous, seriously. it has been 3 weeks and 4 days and still no confirmation of shipment. You can't get a hold of them through email and the guy rarely gets on here. You would think he would understand that he needs customers to operate, and the only way to keep customers is to provide good service. If i would have known about this before I ordered, I would have never went through them. I thought I was going to have this thing done at the beginning of February and it is more than half way through. WHAT IS GOING ON!?

So far the westcoast turbo guys have been lagging ~4 weeks with poor communication. I don't think they are scamming but its obvious they are overwhelmed and running behind. Theo updates his threads every 5-8 days from what i've seen. Saturnsc1 if i'd ordered from westcoast 4 weeks ago i'd have guessed my turbo would have been shipped sometime this week. btw 550 shipped promptly is the going rate for t3t04e with no hookups, if you know where to look... I think i mentioned where in this thread no less.
