I found the site through google and went ahead and ordered a t3/t04e 57T on the 30th of january. Since I found the site through google, the turbo page was up, but when i go to the site, it says it is down (like others have posted). I am in the process of turboing my saturn (this probably sounds ridiculous to you guys ) but need another turbo to get it done before March. Fed ex says it takes at most 5 days to get here, and it has been 7 business days. I emailed him and his mailbox is full . I'm just hoping everything works out, everyone else gave good feedback so that is a plus.
Edit: After reading the previous page, I found out that they actually rebuild them on site, so there would be a delay between ordering and shipping. Good news!

No one has ever broken a saturn block from horsepower. There are people pushing 350+ with only the pistons and rods forged on the bottom end. Where did you get taht information?

I don't like the casting of them, I think it was Jeff Frank called it styrofoam. Bunch of aluminum pellets dropped into a mold and barely melted together.
A friend keeps running up on Saturns he sells for parts, he dropped something or other on the lower block/skirt of one and it perforated like nothing. Two of the wrecked ones he had were perforated by things punching through them where a normal block would be fine, or exhibit simple cracking from stress. Maybe it's a well engineered piece from the aspect of FEA, and just can't stand sudden impacts from angles it was not intended to be stressed...
Care to offer up a link to some tech-laden Saturn forum or other? If I've made a stupid comment, I'd like to educate myself.

It is nice to see nice people on forums like this, seriously, you don't get a welcoming when you own a saturn hardly ever like has been offered here. But anyway, I frequent the www.turbosaturns.net forum and also www.qksltwo.com. Both are great sites with tech articles and stuff, but are run by just normal people. What is your friend's name and where is he from? I know of most of the high horsepower saturns because most of them frequent that forum. I really appreciate the warm welcome this forum has given.

Nah, Dave runs a shop called Mainly Mitsubishis, and loves 2.3 turbo Fords. He just parts the Saturns out, never tried to do anything with them.
TY for the links, I'm off to school myself.
