Thanks to both of you for your complements. Some of my early products were a little rough, but I am constantly looking for ways to improve my products. Any suggestions?

Re:F.S. Custom Turbo Adaptor Plates, Turbo Flanges, and much more
well, now that you mentioned it, i went to work and test fit the flange on my head. it had a hard time fitting on the studs, i noticed that u drilled your holes 1/64" oversized. (which is ok ) but it's common practice for a clearence hole (through hole) to be 1/32" oversized (or 1mm) for fitment issues. no big deal, just opened up the holes on the drill press. not slamming your work!!! just a lil' constructive critisim
but, i got my manifold together... here's a pic
thanks again, w/o you, i would have had to saw this out using a bandsaw . do multiple setups in the bridgeport, and sand it.
for $28.50 u saved me alot of work! time is $$$

BTW...after you weld your manifolds together, check the flatness on the side toward the head. Most of the time, welding will warp the flange, and you will need to grind, sand, or machine.
