hey bmc, nice work you are doing. Heres what i need. Im looking to have a custom flange made so i can adapt a t3 super 60 turbo to my greddy 15g manifold. I currently have the greddy kit "15g" but i wanna upgrade the turbo to a t3 super 60 and use the greddy manifold. How much would the flange cost? How long would it take to have made? Woould i still be able to keep my ac?

This is for a sohc, del sol, d16z6. T3 super 60 flange to mount to a greddy 15g manifold..

thanks in advance..

If I am not mistaken, the Greddy manifolds are flanged for the T25 (STD) which is similar to the T3 but slightly smaller. They are just the right size that unless you make lots of offset, you will have bolt interferance in the plate style adapters. I have been working on a design which will basically be two flanges and a short piece of tubing to adapt the T3 to the T25 (STD). I anticipate it costing about $60. If I ever get the pics to work on my new post, there is a CAD image of this adapter with a Tial 38/35MM flange on the side (for Nissans). Please e-mail me if you are interested and I can send you a pic. bmc_racing@sbcglobal.net

hey, after calling a shop and talking to someone, they informed me i would not need a new flange but instead i would need an adaptor plate to use the greddy manifold with the t3 super 60 or any other turbo. They said with the right adaptor plate i could basically use just about any turbo with the greddy manifold...."How much would an adaptor plate for what i need cost"?.....Can you confirm there information?

Check the bolt hole locations for me. If they are 40MM (1-9/16") x 73MM (2-7/8") then the flange is made for the T25 (STD) pattern. If you overlay that pattern on a T3 pattern, the bolts interfere unless you make a large offset (which will restrict your exhaust flow if in a plate adapter). I propose an adapter which will be two separate flanges, on to mat to the manifold and one for the T3. It will be about 1-1/2" thick. Now the problem becomes clearance and oil drain. If you can confirm that these are not a problem, I can make you an adapter for $63.85 shipped in USA.
