built b16 del sol F/S
LOCATED IN MINNEAPOLIS, MN. here's the deal w/ this incase anyone's wondering....i started this project but am not finishing it because i just want to go in a completly different direction, and have enough money to move out of my current place (daddy's house). haha. so here goes...
i have for sale, my 1995 honda del sol VTEC. has a b16a3 and a 5 speed GSR tranny. has power windows, power mirrors, power rear window, targa top (with no leaks), heat works great, no a/c, power steering.
i'm currently finishing up re-installing the head, but after that the car RUNS AND DRIVES.
list of current mods are as follows:
(have recipts for all internal parts)
polished OEM honda crank, king main/rod bearings, h-beam rods, srp 9:1 pisons, je pro-seal rings, all related machine work, filled block, cometic head gasket, head is being re-installed because i pulled it for a 3 angle valve job and got it decked, dual valves springs w/ titanium retainers and oem keepers, greddy timing belt w/ new timing components, clutch specialties 6 puck sprung stage 3 clutch, new master and slave clutch cylinders, and the remnants of the old turbo setup. (bmc log manifold, ssac 38mm wastegate, half of a t3, 2.5 inch downpipe and exhaust all the way back to a magnaflow xl muffler, shorty intake). motor and clutch ARE broken in, and all seals/pumps were replaced w/ the engine build
I AM ALSO SELLING THE ALMOST COMPLETE TURBO AND FUEL SETUP WITH THE CAR
this will include:
60-1 .63 a/r exhaust turbo w/ ceramic coated turbine housing, 4" k&n air filter, 4" coupler, oil inlet and oulet flanges, oil feed and drain line, block fitting and oil restrictor for feel line, 680cc fuel injectors, walbro 255 fuel pump and install kit, 38/40mm tial wastegate, johnny race car 6" FMIC, hks SSQ BOV, new weld on flange for BOV, misc. 2.5" piping and couplers for intercooler piping, misc. 3" piping for exhaust, 4 bolt downpipe v-band flange, regular 3" v band flange, and v band clamp for downpipe, autometer ultra-light boost and EGT gauge installed in the car on the a-pillar, greddy profec-b spec 2 boost controller, golden eagle vacuum manifold (black), (2) 38mm wastegate flanges, chipped p30 ecu, tapped b16 oil pan, and i'm also including a set of 14" slicks on steelies. so basically, w/ very minimal work, this thing can be boosted
the bad:
the body isn't in the greatest shape, but it's not horrible. front bumper is not black (just plastic, not painted), missing passenger side corner light, cracked windshield, dent in drivers door, dent in hood, and misc. door dings. the interior isn't horrible. there's a small rip in the drivers seat, and a rip under the floor mat on the carpet on the drivers side. there's a hole cut above the radio in the dash to mount the boost controller in

and yeah, sellin it to move out. kinda lame, but cars aren't the most important thing in life. close, but not quite
