Default Turbo a B16 Del Sol

I have 95 Del Sol VTEC with a B16A3, I want boost, I mean BOOST. Well not that much, I still want it streetable. Something I can run on stock internals or internals with a little bit of modification. (I don't consider injectors a modification, that is just common knowledge, more air, more fuel)

I want to run a really tiny turbo so I will have relatively no lag, a T-25, or maybe even one of those really tiny ones that they had on the firefly's.

Someone give me some guidelines, like what I should do for
-->headers, get custom ones made or buy some?
-->BOV, does a loud one make all the difference?
(for looks not perf.)
-->Turbo, a reliable one that spools fast as hell
-->intercooler, water to air, or air to air?
-->Management, Zdyne or Hondata?
-->should I upgrade my Wires?

Guys any info would be greatly appreciated, I want boost before the summer, so I have to start figuring this out.

J

The T-25 is a bit small for your B16a, right now your car loves RPMS in NA mode, if you were to put a T-25 on, you would get a good amount of torque gain, but at the higher rpm range the car will kinda die off. Your better off possibly going with a 14b, or a larger T3, T28 and maybe even a small T3/T4 hybrid. BLACKSI has a pretty decent size T3/T4 on his B16a crx and it spools pretty fast.

Blow of valves? any kind you want, if you want something loud, go with a blitz. If you want more of a performance valve, go with the HKS SSQV or the Tial.

Manifold, well if you are going to use a mitsu turbo the entire manifold is going to be custom. This is why alot of guys with B-series use T-3 turbos, lots of companys makes B-series turbo manifold with a T-3 Flange. They range from 200-350

Intercooler, well if you are going to be driving this on the street just use a air to air intercooler. Air-water intercoolers are mainly for drag racing.

Managment, I would definatly recommned Hondata, everyone seems to like it, and its well worth the money. Makes your car run like a factory forced inducted car.

You dont need to upgrade your wires, but you will need to get a large set of injectors with your hondata.

Hey thanks, Abaz. Just one more question. Is it worth buying equipment off ebay?

Yup, always check feedback through, to see how good of sellers they are. I have bought some decent stuff from ebay.
