Billet Turbo Manifolds

Re:Billet Turbo Manifolds
$350 is a steal!!! I make nothing on it at that price. The only advantage to me is that I can move the ones I have already built and build some more using the knowledge gained building them to speed up production and refine the process. I am selling for less than a cast manifold!!!!! Maybe I'm talking to the wrong crowd but the last car show I went to the cars had cast pipes or tubes and they all looked like ***. This manifold will out perform any other manifold in top end performance and lets face it, Hondas have to be revved up to get them to pull hard anyway.

Any dyno sheets to show us the gain?

Re:Billet Turbo Manifolds
I guess if I actually saw one in person or worked with it I might have a different opinion.. I'm pretty much lumping it with log manifolds and I can build or buy a nice stainless one for $350.. Maybe they will outperform them by alot. I can't imagine a chunk of steel costs $350.. What are you expecting to sell the next batch for? I really would like to try a b series one.. Can you make them to work with a Tial wastegate?
Also just because a cast manifold costs $400 doesn't mean they are worth that much.. The import market is so skewed because of young uninformed buyers.. Look at the domestic market.. A twin turbo system with everything is the same as a single turbo for a honda.. Thats two turbos and two headers and a big intercooler. I would personally like to see the import market get the same way.

Re:Billet Turbo Manifolds
The steel costs $40, the tig welding costs $30, the ceramic is $35, Making the first 5 cost $200 in worn cutting tools. The manifolds are machined on a $120,000 machining center and designed using software that cost over $12,000 and, try as I might I can't find anyone to run it for free. Like I said, This price is "cost". If you want any old manifold then build it from a flange and weld ells but if you want the ultimate, "holy ---- thats cool", "yes and it goes like hell too" never break or crack, awesome looking, Manifold "par excellence" Well.... you might give one of these a try!
