Default Shots of a Billet D-series Manifold

Thought some of you D-series guys might like to check this out

A guy sent me these pics, he made this on a CNC machine, milled from 2 solid steel billets, took him a little over 5 hours.

Whats your guys thoughts?

Jeff

yeah. well it looks kinda weird, experimental.

but i think pricewise and such it would be better welding up a tubular, or a log.

how bout we get some dyno numbers with that thing.

The manifold is a first attempt at this manufacturing method. It went quite well but as you can imagine, I will be making some changes!. The manifold was designed in solids using master CAM software and a machining program was produced from the drawings to control the CNC machining center. The first one actually took quite a long time to machine but I think it can be done quite quickly if I were to set up and machine several at once. I am setting up a website and will be producing external waste gates, blowoff valves, intakes (these will blow you away,v trick!!) and anything else that comes to mind.

Does it support A/C?

I know a lot of you think A/C is stupid, but I live in Louisiana. I also have a girlfriend and a dog that I want to stay alive while riding in my car.

Hmmm, interesting. Definately original.
Like the split outlet for a T4.

I'd give it a try.
