Default Cannot ID Chip with the Willem.... & other issues...

Im trying to run the Willem burner with the SST27SF512 and I cannot ID the chip. Ive tried a # of different things to try and get it to work. I tired to DL an older version re0.97g cause I was trying to run re0.97ja. I though that might be the issue but it wont let me open cause Im running the newer version. And then other times it tells me that it doesnt have enough power. This only happends sometimes. I've had the program tell me that Ive read and burned a chip so I know that its getting the power I need (when it decides not to be gay). I also dont understand when to enter the hex 8000 thing @ th bottom when burning or only erasing or for both? The black jumpers are throwing me for a loop as well. When I try to burn or erase it tells me to relocate the jumper to w24xxx or something. Ive been working with this for about 5 hours now and Im starting to get a little frusterated with it. I know Ill get it eventually but its sure driving me up the wall right now. ANY help whatsoever would be great.

thanks... :P

It might help if you specify which willem burner you have.

Did you read that thread? Specifically where I posted the picture with how you are supposed to place the jumpers to BURN and then ERASE?

I made the pretty pictures so it would be easy to understand

Ive about given up. I know that its so "easy" but I cant seem to get the right combonation to get anything to work. I cant erase the chip, no matter what I try. Ive tried switching the jumper on and off to get it to erase and I still click on blank check and it still tells me the chip isnt blank. Does the red LED need to be on when erasing? cause it doesnt come on unless I try to burn. Also is there any way that I could damage the chip by trying to erase it and burn it so many times and being unsuccessful? I know that Im not erasing it cause its got a PR4 map on it already and when I pop it into the ECU it goes richer then my basemap chip almost immeadiantly.... I just want to tune my car. Help...
