Default Solid CEL and engine won't start?

Got a d15b7 and using uberdata on my p06 ecu. I think i turned off the chip (cuz its got a switch, my friend chipped it for me) so that it runs stock but i got a solid CEL...any ideas?

There's no spark, no pressure in the fuel line so it must be the ecu, i tried to find out the code but nothing flashes. Could the ecu have been chipped wrong?

If the chip was off the car would start and idle like total crap. Make sure J1 is jumped and go to pgmfi.org to make sure it is chipped right. Who burned the chip? Who wrote the map?

AFAIK solid cel = ---- up ECU ??
or at least one of the sensors is disconnected from the engine.

It doesn't start at all! It did last night though...

I haven't touched any sensors in the engine.

I think i'll try and get another ecu and see if that works
