ok well here we go again... i had an aftermarket temp guage in my car so i removed it to hook the factory guage back up, got that done, and i also have an aftermarket electric fan that i was going to hook up to a switch, but decided i'll just hook the fan up into the factory wires so i wouldnt have to manually turn it on and off ...got that done also

but the downside is.... now that everything is hooked up the way it should be ...the car still doesnt start but now the electric fan turns on everytime i turn the ignition to start but turns off when the key is in accel or power on position,,go to start it up again turns on again and in the engine bay i seem to hear a hiss or quiet hum sound wtf??

im taking my ecu out and my buddy has a hatch that i can test the ecu on see if the car starts with my ecu...if that aint it i'll try the main relay....but why in the hell does my electric fan turn on everytime i try starting the car? whats that humming?

Ya the humming isn't coming from the pump itself but more in the engine bay

you should be able to hear the main relay. if not though just cycle the key in the ignition while touching the relay you will definetly be able to feel it working
