Default D-Series Honda w/ DOV? Calling Turbo Guru's!

Hi, i have a 95 Honda Civic HB (DX) with a d15b7 (i believe) and im starting my turbo project. Now my car is a sleeper, mint condition but very stock. i want to turbo charge my engine, and i had a source at a junkyard for all my parts.. i paid 80 bux canadian for everything i need except the turbo manifold, which i will create myself on monday (did them for vw's, so this isnt new to me). Anyways, this turbo setup has a Diverter Valve, and not a BOV (blow off valve) and i was wondering if this would still work on my car or do i NEEED to go and get a blow off valve. i believe the turbo is a mitsubishi set at 8 psi, not that it matters. Please let me know ASAP.

as long as it will relive pressure in the charge pipe it will work.

well all the parts are from the same engine, not pieced together... i think it may have been a daytona but dont hold me two that, so all accessories are from the same application. theoretically, is what im wondering.. could i use all of this on my d-series?

also let me know if you think im missing anything
turbo
turbo manifold (in da making boiz)
DOV
