D-Series Honda w/ DOV? Calling Turbo Guru's!
Hi, i have a 95 Honda Civic HB (DX) with a d15b7 (i believe) and im starting my turbo project. Now my car is a sleeper, mint condition but very stock. i want to turbo charge my engine, and i had a source at a junkyard for all my parts.. i paid 80 bux canadian for everything i need except the turbo manifold, which i will create myself on monday (did them for vw's, so this isnt new to me). Anyways, this turbo setup has a Diverter Valve, and not a BOV (blow off valve) and i was wondering if this would still work on my car or do i NEEED to go and get a blow off valve. i believe the turbo is a mitsubishi set at 8 psi, not that it matters. Please let me know ASAP.
