Turbo Guru's input appreciated
I just got a pretty good deal on a garrett GT3561s turbo It is .70 on the cold side, .63 on the hot...
My engine setup is: b18a1 bottom end, darton sleeves @ 85mm, JE 9.1's, crower rods, stock LS crank, GSR girdle
Unported b18c1 head, ferrea stainless valves (stock sized), skunk 2 dual springs, crower titanium retainers, gsr cams
Basically, I'd like to know any info on the turbo, as far as info from personal experience. From what I've read/been told, it should spull fully by 5500 and it's max supported whp is supposed to be 600.
I see a lot of people running gt35r's, gt34r's, etc... just wanna know how this compares. I hated to buy a turbo that I knew basically nothing about, but it was too good to pass up.
thanks in advance
