Default Car Bogging Problem

I have an 96 Integra LS with a t3/t4 turbo boosting 5 psi non-ITC, with s-afc, fmu, stock injectors (getting 450cc as soon as cash is available).

The car runs and boosts fine, but after mashing for awhile, the car would choke and bog down. Also, the RPM would not rise as I press the gas. The car would also miss-fire. This also happens alot after I have driven on the freeway.

Is the car pinging, or even worse detonating?

Is it because the turbo is getting too hot and I need an ITC?

also, I have check valves with 3 T's. One time, I was mashing, and the CEL came on and stayed on. I asked a friend about it and he said that its normal. Could the CEL have anything to do with the bogging problem.

Sorry, if this is a newbie-ish question.

Get 450s. Get resistor box.
Sell FMU.
try again. Your setup sounds scary.
