Default modifying standard manifold to suit turbo?

any one give me an idea of where to cut to weld flange on for turbo?and do you need to put an angle on the flange to allow for turbo clearance? thanks.

what are you talking about. what manifold on what engine in what car with what turbo. you seem to like to leave your questions very vague

are you talkin about 'offsetting' the turbo plate on the manifold and somewhat rotating the flange toward the front of the car so the turbo leaves more of a space between the engine block?
