Default Upgrading GT17...maybe GT28rs

I've grown tired of my GT17 but I'm going to stay with a t25 flange to retain my manifold. This is a daily driver with little track time, maybe 3-44 times a year. Fully built engine tuned on turbo edit. My current turbo is a .53/.49 and it is basically mid range power on my D16A1. I want to shift the power up on the band so I'm looking at a garrett gt28rs .60/.64. I want to stay away from the gt30 as this is a dd not dyno beast, I'm being practical.

What type of spool time does a gt28rs look like on a d16 with 2.5" dp and exhaust?
