What Piston Rings and rod/main bearings ???

i have always heard use OEM what about clevite for bearings but i still dont know what rings ?? i do know that total seal rings suck but will oem hold up to the abuse i need some info here help me out

i would use oem rings, or if a piston company sends rings with thier pistons, or recomends a ring to use,then use those. as far as bearings, use oem or acl.

Use the recommended piston rings that the piston brand says too, and don't worry about the brand of bearings, worry about the tolerances.

(yes, I sound like a broken record on this bearings thing)
