i also seem to have a problem.....since my car has a zc, and its not suppose to pass ref inspection(even though it did somehow)i was wondering if i put on a vtec head and went to go get smogged, would they say anything?

 

i think it would pass smog but maybe not visual, depending how strict they are. I live in an area where smogging is not regulated.
