I have an am having problems with my auto not shifting. Brought it to a dealership, they didn't know what was up.
Scenario:

1. This is the exact statement on the dealer service record-
"178941 Checked and found code P0753 stored in the PCM. The code is for a problem in the shift control solenoid circuit. Diagnose as per the Honda service manual. Checked power wire to the valves (Blu/Yel) and it was ok. Found one of the ground wire for the PCM (A9) had higher than normal resistance. The ground A22 was ok. Apply jumper wire between A9 and A22. Checked and now they both had good ground. Cleared the code and test drove. Code reset."

2. Check engine light code 70- "Problem detected with automatic transaxle (OBD II)"
3. Solenoid is ok
4. Skips from 1st gear to 4th gear
5. Can manually shift into 3rd but not into 2nd
6. Put on a Greddy Exhaust, 2 days later problem begins
7. Replaced PCM/ECU, clears code but resets when driven
8. key interlock system not working

Do you think i just need to program the ECU with the new exhaust?
