here you go this is from the 89 honda civic service manual
-tranny to block(50lb)
-head to block(in sequence first tighten all bolts to 22lb than go back and tighten all bolts to 47lb)
-intake man. to block(16lb)
-header to block(23lb)
-tranny to block(50lb)
