yep it lasted about an hour. i didn't do it on purpose though. when i put in my charge pipes i welded a fitting to them for the wastegate line and never actually drilled a hole through the pipe so i was getting lots of boost and well the fuel pump really couldn't keep up with all that pressure

Update...

i'm tired to ride my rusty crx so i went today and i got a f22b dohc 96. We put the engine on the side in my crx trunk cause i had no pickup or van... got it for 500$ can and with 3 month warranty. Bad thing are: broken temp sensor, there is a chip in the crank pulley... but by chance its the same as the one on my f22 and its also obd2 but its really easy to wire it.

I also got a new radiator and a new fan to put right on my intercooler cause the intercooler is under the hood... i dont want a FMIC cause there is to many thieves where i leave.

I'm gonna get a new timing belt / waterpump / new oilpan gasket. Should i change anything else?

So today i started to remove the old engine. This is gonna be my first swap ever...
I followed the instruction on here http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthre...&threadid=8849
and i'm at getting the axle out.. gotta buy a 36mm socket... doing that tomorrow and maybe rent an engine picker on friday or for the weekend.

Shim the oil pump. If anyone you know has a dead H22, you can use the H22 shim/spring... I'm pretty sure they are the same unit except for those differences, just like B-series.

did a compression test... engine was cold and i got 150-155-155-155 for a 8.8:1 comp ratio. Its raining now but once the sun shows up, i will remove the oilpan and check all the bearing.
The overheating Im gonna go out didnt cause the bearing failure its was more of the it was due

Overheating will blow hg's all day long never seen bearing damage from it
