hah, Im haveing the same problem with my a6/y8. Ive got an A6 head Im going to be putting back on the a6 bottom end, Hopefully the smoking will go away. I just want to know if its comeing from the head or the block.

 

same problem pcv fixed it but you will smoke for a while the leftover oil is still in the intake ....
hope that fixes it
