Default Car smokes on start-up.

I am currently running a 99 Integra LS with t3/to4b tuned at 7lbs with uberdata and since I got tuned I am having problems starting my car. I have to give it a little gas when I start it from a cold start then I have to rev it to like 2k rpm for about 30 seconds(motor sounds like a racecar until its warmed up) or else it will bogg out and die. The start-up problem doesnt really bother me because it goes away after 30 seconds and only happens during cold starts but what bothers me if the white smoke that comes out of my muffler which has a sweet smell. I want to say its oil but im not %100 sure. Anyone have any clue as to whats going on or have a similar issue?

sweet smell=coolant=headgasket. compression test and get back to us. The rough idle at start up is due to excessive fuel
