well i got ripped off bought a si tranny thats i was told was in mint condition installed it ran great untill i needed to go in reverse i mean it wount move or any thang when you put it in reverse i went ahead and put the hf tranny back in and am gettin ready to tear this one open is there a easy way to fix this problem

 

open it up and find the problem.

does it even grind for reverse?

did you use a bolt instead of the bitch pin?

 

well bones never opened up a tranny before so what should i look for as in being "wrong"
the tranny wouldn't even grind when you tried to put it in reverses playe with the clutch cable no luck and i had a bolt in than i switched it back to a bitch pin neither made a difference

 

best I can say, open it up and take alot of pics!!!!!!!

No its not, and you shouldnt use either.
Honda Manual Transmission Fluid or 10w - 30 oil man.
