this is what happen now i took the icp apart and let it warm up. jyust the hole on the side and its still suxing in air. not bad like when is starts. but it doesnt rev up and down could it be a boost leak? when i hit my brakes when the car is sitting still the motor revs up to like 2 grand tho but doesnt jump around.

Try burning a map based on different code, IE, if you're using a P28 map switch to a P72 base.

My car did the same thing and it ended up being the crank angle or cyp sensor in the dizzy.
Try a different dizzy.
