i dont know if my car is overheating, my temp gauge is goin up and down, help!!!

my temp guage is goin up and down.....the fan is working, and the coolant level is full, i dont know what is wrong.

the problem started today.......and today i changed my stock hood to cf...which i doubt has anythin to dwith it...also i smashed hard for once today and i accidently rev over my 6,000 rpm (it is pig rich after 6k)....so i wonder could i had broke anything?

And what the hell do you mean by your thermostat goes up and down... are you talking about your temp gauge?

sounds like an air bubble in the coolant system.

i bleed out the coolant, and fill it up again, and the problem is still there

then after that i let the engine runed for 15 mins wiht the cap off, so there shouldnt' be nemore air in there.

coolant level is full

someone told me water pump could be the problem
