its more than 20 at any shop near me, and in most cases, its just not necessary unless you dropped a grinder on your block or overheated the **** out of it. Its not half assing it if its not necessary.

Anytime I build a motor I have the block and the head decked. I think it's neccessary for my state of mind after dropping all that money on a motor. :P
