the obd1 pans should be interchangeable. I believe there isn't any physical difference in the pan, the d15b just has a different crankshaft then the d16z6 which gets less displacement.
I KNOW that a d16y7 and d16y8 pans are interchangable so I would assume that the obd1 pans are interchangeable. Not so sure if a obd2 pan fits on an obd1 block *shrug*

i also have 1 more ques......if your going to customized the turbo...where do the coolant lines go...
