Default b18c1 with b16a internal

what will be the compression on the b18c1 with je piston and eagle rods with a b16 crank. in a b16 it will be a 9:1 compression will it be the same or more. info please. i think of going with gsr block for little more torque. i don't want to go with ls vtec beacuse i don't want to drill a hole in my head.

well when i order the piston it was for a gsr. that was for 9.8 to 1. now if put a b16 in the gsr will i get lower compression in my new block or the same. i'm asking a question? any info good idea or not. very good question for you hondahead.

the B18c block is 7mm taller than the b16a block, unless you use long rods your compresion will be next to nothing because the pistons wont come up as far with the short stroke.

also... a gsr block with the short stroke wont have any more torque than a b16a. leave the crank alone.

so with the eagle rods for a b16 will be good for lowering the compression on a gsr

i mean the je are for gsr because vtec bore are 81mm b16 or gsr so will the stroke change when if i have a gsr crank or not. on a b16 is 9 to 1 and in a gsr is 9.8 to 1 why? so if i want to make it to 9 to 1 compression what will i have to do?
