ok, got the block bolted up, all of the back of it put together, mounts in place, about to start putting the head together to drop on

i lost a bolt for the starter somehow.. if i tourqe it down enough and get one after the second or third time starting, think it'd hold well enough? anyone know the size of the starter bolt offhand?

i wouldnt advise running with only one starter bolt. You need a few spare honda engines to give you a nice bolt collection ;D Probably m10x1.25

lol i'll have to get on that ;D

if it'll hold through like two start ups then i can get a new bolt in like an hour or so... i'll keep scroungeing tho.. i somehow put my freakin 1/2 drive ratchet in a box and lost it for a day :1

im also missing one exhaust stud.. i think the machine shop took it out because its loose.. think i can manage for a couple days with just one missing?

damn dude. you'll be fine i ran without one for months. Keep in mind it will have an exhast leak (if its at a corner like mine)

why dont you bump start your car to get to homo depo so you can hook your starter up. If you have an auto and cant bump start it, kill yourself now.

+1 unsprung equals high revs and launch, or stall. its not fun, even my 6 puck sprung clutch is a pain in the ass.

eh it'll be fine i think, if the unsprung is too much i'll change the clutch out in a couple months

it cant be much worse then my 4 puck was and i DD that 50 miles to and from work

i didnt realize it was an unsprung clutch untill it came, lol, but its my own mistake so i'll deal till i can fix it
