already tried and soaked the shaft and the axle joint in used motor oil for like 2 weeks to break up the rust still no go it now sits in the pile of rusted junk on the side of my shop. |

If anyone cares, a little update on whats up. I got the axles all figured out.. Installed my new ones, fit perfectly. dropped the front crossmember and slid the header up, had to notch the crossmember a bit for header clearance, kind of hated to do that but oh well.. if it fucks alignment or anything up i'll reinforce it or get an aftermarket traction bar. Figuring out a little more wiring, and radiator stuff and hopefully will fire the bitch up soon.
