Default Motor Install confusion

Ok, so my buddies and I are hopefully picking up an 93 ex shell, we have a D16y8 sitting around and i might be getting a complete Hx swap. We aren't looking for performance yet just something so my friend has a car to drive. I figure the Hx swap would bolt right in, correct!? We planned on using the y8 motor and throughing tranny axles and what not from the hx onto it, from my knowledge it would bolt up. Will the hx axles bolt to the ex hubs? Also if we want to stay OBD1 do we just use the Hx mani and sensors and distibutor? Sorry for the newb questions but I haven't done a swap before and it seems easy but I wasn't sure about some of these things, thanks for any help...Matt

conversion harness for what? either one of those swaps will bolt right up, you can use the axles and tranny from either one also. as far as using the obd2 y8 in the obd1 chassis, all you'll need to do is use the obd1 injectors and dizzy from the hx swap (d15z1 ), you don't have to change the whole manifold since obd2 ex's have the 2 wire iacv to begin with.
