Default OEM 14b oil inlet confusion?

Ok well I went to Mitsubishi today and had them pull a diagram of the turbo and parts. The oil inlet shows as a long tube with 2 hole openings for banjo bolts on each end. (sorta looks like the coolant line but without the nipple) I cant find fittings for my oil inlet anywhere, so I was deciding if I should pick this up. Could this OEM part be used? I dont understand how I'd hook it up with the 2 open sections. Im really confused.

the oil inlet on the 14b needs to be a banjo fitting/bolt...unless you rethread it. outlet is just that piece with the gasket.
