what is your setup nig nog?

if you have a non-vtec obd1 d15 then you are going to need to either

1) modify your distributor to fit the z6 head or
2) get a 92-95 vx/ex/si distributor. You can swap everything from a non vtec distributor into a vtec distributor the housing is the only difference.

as for the p28, which is the ecu...located in the passenger side kick panel...you need that for v-attack yo.

No you didn't, the dizzy has nothing to do with it. You need a y7/y8 cam gear to fix timing. BTW 1/2 tooth error owns U.

he only needs a y7/y8 gear if he has a non-vtec pm3 head on a d15 with an a6 camshaft bud. The a6 cam is keyed differently than the 88-95 usdm d15 cams.

check the firing order on your spark plug wires and your distributor.

at the very least, you can run your wires like it was stock and put the vtec solenoid on a push button on your gear shift

You are a bit misinformed. First I know about the a6 cam/ d15 block. But if you use any vtec head on a d15 non vtec block you will have a half tooth error. You must use the y7/ y8 cam gear to fix it or use a adjust cam gear. I think you must do a bit more reading before you post on something you do not truly know about. BTW one of the first people to fine this out was Bone, try reading up next time; fyi a6 head= d15 non vtec head with different cam, so there not "keyed differently" they have different block deck hight.
