Re:LS/Vtec fun
ooh i get it now!! thanks kevin that explained alot!
so.. there is a harness for all the sensors/injectors and ---- attached with the engine. they all pool into 4 plugs total, 2 on driver side and 2 on passenger side. from there the pass side goes to the ecu and the driver side probably goes to like the main relay and cluster and fuse box and ign. cool. thanks. I've never dug this deep into my car and want to know what im getting into

Re:LS/Vtec fun
yea and a conversion harness hooks to the end of your ecu plugs and extends them a little and converts it to whatever you bought it for
hence
ecu plugs obd2 ------ conversion harness ---------- obd1 ----------ecu
i hope that makes sence lol

Re:LS/Vtec fun
here is an actual engine harness, one end plugs into the driver side plugs, the other plugs into plugs by the fuse box, everything inbetween, connects to your sensors on the engine.
sorry for hijacking the thread for a minute, looks like it's back under control now

Re:LS/Vtec fun
I'm curious. Do you think that a P72 (Integra GSR) ECU would be sufficient for a baseline LS/VTEC. Eventually I'm going to be spraying on the thing but for stock daily driving for awhile do you think it will be enough?
