just ohm those wires, and let us know whats goin on, is the coil putting out withing specs?, im thinking its the wires.... the rotor and points in the cap dont have arc burns/pitting do they? another thing that helps too is some electronic grease or white lithium grease, put a thin coat on the rotor and on the points in the cap, i had a spark issue once in my b series it would break up and chatter at like 5,000 rpms, and a little white lithum grease got that bitch roaring again

If you do not have OEM Honduh wires, that could be the problem.

Got any pictures of your plugs?

I had the same problem as you when i upped my boost up to 10 psi...after reading what everyone had replied to your previous post i gapped the plugs down and the problem disappeared completely. Might also check and see if maybe you're arcing through the boots at the bottom of your plug wires. I had a set of knology hotwires that blasted through the insulator at the bottom near the spark plug, but it would only arc at higher rpm's.

Do you know how to gap plugs?

no.. serious question, make sure they are slammed down and the ignition system is in perfect order.

I had the same problem with my Civic when I put the last turbo kit on. I sold the car before I could figure out what it was.

I had the same plugs, gapped.028, crane cam ignition box, MSD blaster cap, fireball coil and stock wires. in the higher rpm's it would breakup like you describe.
