Default Idle Problems

Ok, I've been messing with this for weeks now and can't come up with a solution. I ran a code with my ecu and it came up a problem with a IAC valve. I have a D15b7. I clean the IAC valve. I adjusted the idle. I checked all the vac. lines. When i have the IAC Connected it surges at idle. When i disconnect the IAC it idles fine but really hesitates when i touch the gas lightly. I want to get it back to normal. Any serious help is well accepted and appreciated.

I have pretty much the same problem. One thing that you could do is put 12v to the IACV and if you hear it click then you know thats its good and in working condition.

That's a good idea, but here's the thing i went to the junk yard and got 4 IAC valves and tried them all, i get the same result everytime. There's got to be something that is causing it to act up
