honing cylinders

You can throw a quick hone and use factory pistons, I would just be sure to measure ring end gap before you do anything.

If you are not replacing the rings or pistons then do not touch the cylinder walls. If you do you will have to reseat the rings.

Does anyone know what grid of stone to use on the honing tool. I am just about to do my ZC.

you may want to measure the taper and out of round anyway since it's going to be apart and all. you might actually have to bore the thing anyway. if there is more then 0.006 taper then you should bore it.
