I Always retoruqe my arp's 500 miles after first install they do losen up if brand new

Truth. Retorque all the exhaust related ---- after 500 miles after it's heat cycled a few times and set into place it will require a retorque. Personally I use thread locker on every bolt when assembling things. I4's see a lot of vibration that can cause fasteners to loosen. Put heavy grease on flat turbo flanges when assembling, use no gaskets.

Less additives in the oil make it cheaper that reduce wear. You want to motor to set/wear parts in together faster. Also, very frequent oil changes are required to get the metal shavings out of the oil system. Cheap oil is cheap for frequent oil changes.
