Default Engine building for turbo

For awhile now ive been piecing together a t3 turbo kit and im pretty close to getting done. Just recently though i've had an urge to work on the engine a little. Just wanted to get some opinions on whats good to get, quality for a decent price. Cams, pistons...etc. Just want to make a good sturdy block that can take some pressure.

Thanks

also, is there a website out there with a d-series tuning guide?
