Eagle rod problem or did i get fucked

Default Eagle rod problem or did i get fucked
I bought these on egay advertised as d16 eagle rods.
They don't fit down the cylinder bore.
I think they are ls rods.Or is there any special
way these rods go in.The vitara piston pin fits fine.

thats kinda hard to beleive. aint no way a eagle rod journal bigger than a d16 bore (77mm correct?)
those might be for a big block v8 or something

My scat's BARELY fit, I had to wiggle them back and forth all the way down . I thought I heard of that. does the crank end hole measure up to the journal on the crank?

That looks like a bigger rod end bore than the crank rod journals are too.

you got scammed.

maybe they're from LSx

My bore is 75 mm i did not have them bore it bigger.
When i put the eagle rod on the crank with bearings on,
it has a little play.So in this picture i put the eagle rod up against
the d16z6 rod.

I guess i was wrong they are d series.
You have too clearance the cylinder in
88-95 blocks.

You have to notch the bottom of the cylinder. Your rods are wrong if they won't fit in the bore.
