Well i called eagle today.They said it is a d series rod and they had a few that went out, that you had too bore the block.
He offered to replace them, but bigger the bore the better.At least some one might find this useful on their build.

I would accept the offer but i do not have the box anymore or the invoice.I'm still kicking around the idea too get it sleeved.It has taken about 8 months of getting all the turbo stuff and motor stuff.I'm not going too rush it.I still have to buy a intake manifold.
I really did not want to bore it.I thought thicker the sleeve's the less prone it would crack.I know everything has it's breaking point.

The rod side should be the exact same size as the cap side so taking off the cap isnt going to help.
Did you read the part where he talked to eagle?
