Default D16Y8 head on a D16A6

I've recently purchased a D16Y8 head assembly for my Si block, I'm going for the mini-me swap on my 90' CRX. Does anyone know how to activate the VTEC. I know all about the VTEC switch but I'm more conserned about the oil engagement. How or were do I feed the VTEC its oil supply. Any info on this swap is greatly appreciated, thanx.
