Look through any serach engine and look up weber carbs. You can get the complete weber carbs redline dual carb kit for like 1000 with most places. It's expensive but if you have them tuned properly and build a wicked motor high compression, large cam, headwork a d16a can easily make 180 whp on the street. My buddy had webers on an ls motor in a 86 crx that ran high 12's at lacr 3000 elevation like 4 years ago and the motor was very mild so they work but driveability suffers and so does mpg.
